You Betcha

So we were in Northern Minnesota for several days and I created a special photo album just for shots I took while we were there (titles and captions are done, but things aren't quite in the right order yet). I also added a few pics to Peopleblogging and Otherblogging.

Really spectacular photographs! Many of them took my breath away.

I agree! Makes me feel I have been somewhere special and have come back refreshed...all while sitting in my chair at home. Thanks.

Really nice photos. It's making me homesick for the north.

Welcome back.

Lovely photos....we have a very dear friend who is from Grand Marais and we visited him there a few summers ago....got to see those falls and some other sights that are unlike what we are used to here in hot South Texas.....the fall colors in particular. Keep it up, your eye is good.

Thanks, folks! Glad you enjoyed the shots. I certainly had fun finding them.

I gotta tell ya, though, that when we visited Jim Brandenburg's gallery in Ely, MN, last week, I left very humbled. I've always loved his stuff--we have some of his work--but to see his shots presented so beautifully, I felt very small. I have a lot of work to do.
